Bridal White Flower Wrist Corsage

These white organza flower and white tulle leaf corsages were part of a custom order of bridesmaids and flower girl corsages
The almost luminous peach centre is a combination of translucent beads and iridescent sequins.

Teal Tulle

I was going through some old photos when I came across these, of some long-gone teal tulle leaves. (In the picture above you can see them straight off the sewing machine and still attached to the tulle, before being cut out.)

I love making tulle leaves and I use them quite a bit when making my fabric flowers. But usually they're white or ivory, maybe silver, sometimes baby blue

This particular shade is, perhaps, the boldest I've used in my tulle leaves.
Which is surprising, given my love of colour..... ( glaringly obvious in the pairing of said leaves with a flamboyant hot pink)

I think I'll go get some of my bolder coloured tulle out and make some leaves, just for the fun of it...

White Wedding

These are my latest bridal hair accessories, in total white.

Fairytale Flower - XL Bridal Flower

This one is an extra large extravaganza of organza, tulle, feathers and rhinestones.

Bridal Flower Headpiece - Fairytale Flower

You can clip it straight onto the hair or you can attach it to a ribbon, which is what I've done in these pictures.
I like the added romance of the organza ribbon trailing down the back back.
Especially when the hair is swept up or short.

The one below is actualy the exact same flower and arrangement but in a considerably smaller scale.

I'm enamoured with these feathers and how white they are.

You can see the organza ribbon in this picture. It's tied around the hair in a pretty bow and it's quite long so that it can trail behind.

You could actualy wear either of these flowers on a sash.

I have a thing for all things bridal, whether over the top or subtle and subdued.

What do you think?
Do you prefer a bride with accessories that make a statement or something more demure?

Extra Large Bridal Hair Flower

Continuing with the whites, this is an extra large bridal hair clip.
An ivory/white mix organza flower for a lovely bride across the ocean.

It measures almost 20cm across.
That would make it over 8inches.
But it's as light as air.

I know I say this every time, but it is my favourite to date.

It's like a fluffy white cloud -with sparkle!
Can you beat that?

I have a soft spot for brides and I especially love creating something for their wedding.

It makes we feel very honoured that I can participate like this in someone's special day.

I'm also making a ring pillow to match.
I'll be sharing photos soon.
