Reversible Octagonal Tote Bag - Small

Fully reversible octagonal tote bag.

One side is a teal and white polka dot cotton and the other a dark blue denim cotton.

Great little women's handbag or project bag.
Or a lovely large tote for a little girl.

Little Gold Bag

This was a little gold bag I made a while back.
The fabric has a gold ombre grading and it is very lightweight so the bag itself weighs next to nothing.
I loved adding the flower appliques and the white tulle leaves.

Faux Fur Pyramid Clutch

Pyramid clutch purse made of two different kinds of faux fur: one a very deep, rich purple and the other a black and white leopard print.

The bright red zipper used for contrast just makes my day.

The thing with this little pyramid bag is that it looks quite different, depending on the angle you're looking at it.

I've wanted to make a version of this pyramid bag for some time now so I'm very happy that I finally did!

I see some different versions of this pouch in my future. I'm planning on making a make-up case for me as well as a friend or two....

Blue Denim

OK, this is not a new bag.
It was made for this challenge a while back.
But it's a new picture and I really wanted to show it off......

I kept this one for myself and I wear it a lot when I don't need the giant oversized bag that fits everything.
It's quite practical.
Maybe next time I'll add a zip to close it instead of a magnetic snap.
Then again, maybe I won't.

Little Brown Polka Dot Bag

This little bag, in an essentially fall mix of colours, was made after a friend's request for a small brown bag that could take her most places.

The light cotton fabric is one of my favourites. I love how tiny the little polka dots are.

The shape is one of my all-time favourite shapes too and I used this a lot a few years ago to make silk evening purses with ruffles on top!

The flowers were added on a whim for some extra interest as well as a more girly note.
One by one the bright caramel, orange and yellow of the flowers and leaves all came together and I just loved the result!
Happily, so did my friend.

This bag was so much fun to make that I promised it wouldn't take me so long till the next one.
