      Saturday Shopping Day is a game made up over at  zsazsazsu .

      The aim is to show the latest items you've made and pool them together with others'  by linking them to zsazsazsu blog. Something like an eclectic on-line boutique...

 Zsazsazsu makes the most amazing jewelry that is bold and colourful and utterly irresistable.

Today I'm making these little pink flowers.

 They are being prepared for the "Caps For Good' campaign of the Greek etsy team.

'Caps for Good' is an initiative of the global humanitarian organization Save the Children, and it asks knitters and crocheters to make and donate a little cap to help fight infant mortality in poor countries.

Unfortunately, I can't do either.

 So part of the proceeds from these little baby pink flowers will be  my contribution to the team effort  to support the global one.

Hopefully they'll be in the shop in a day or two.

It's called Fanciful Felties from mummysam, and it's by the super talented fiber artist Samantha Cotterill.

It's full of delightful felt figures that live in their own quirky, charming little world. 

I'm sure you've seen them around. They're unmistakable.

Samantha is also the author of mummysam blog.
